Elegant
Locks has re-evaluated our company and our service to our customers.
We have concluded that our company is very good in most areas, but
it needs improvement in the area of service after the sale. Our goal
of providing premier service to our customers is paramount in our
consideration.
To
improve our management and service capabilities, we have added Mark
Ishman to our management team, and his first goal is to make our “service
after the sale” so thorough that our service plan will be recognized
by our customers and by other internet sellers as well. Mark has over
10 years experience in selling and serving customers of door hardware
and related items. He has “hit the ground running” and
is now prepared to meet your sales and service needs. Email him either

Other
Officers of the Company that our customers may have contacted in the
past are Homer Reed and Linda Jacobson. Both have other responsibilities
within the company, but both will be available to assist with customer
service when needed. Linda’s primary responsibility is to manage
our finances and keep our customer and accounting records. Reed will
concentrate on the Elegant Locks Web Site. His emphasis is to keep
the Elegant Locks pages accurate and up-to-date, and to respond to
customer desires relating to new products to be added. The primary
commitment of both, however, is to serve the customer.
